Khaati Meethi Aloo Tikki

- Preparation Time: 1 hour (including marination)

- Cook Time: 20 minutes

- Ingredients:

  - 4 aloo tikkis (store-bought or homemade)

  - 2 tbsp Poonjiaji's Tikka Marinade

  - 2 tbsp Poonjiaji's Khaati Meethi Chutney

  - Oil for frying

- Steps:

  1. Marinate aloo tikkis in Tikka Marinade for at least 1 hour.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and pan-fry the marinated aloo tikkis until they are golden brown and crisp.
  3. Serve hot with a generous drizzle of Khaati Meethi Chutney.

- Eat With: Green chutney or yogurt.
