Spicy Mango Chicken Curry

- Preparation Time: 20 minutes

- Cook Time: 30 minutes

- Ingredients:

  - 500g chicken pieces

  - 1 jar Poonjiaji's Butter Chicken Gravy

  - 2 tbsp Poonjiaji's Spicy Mango Pickle Chutney

  - 1 tbsp oil

  - Fresh coriander for garnish

  - Steamed rice for serving

- Steps:

  1. In a pan, heat oil and add the chicken pieces. Fry until they are lightly browned.
  2. Add the Butter Chicken Gravy and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Stir in the Spicy Mango Pickle Chutney and cook for another 10 minutes.
  4. Garnish with fresh coriander.
  5. Serve hot with steamed rice.

- Can also be served with Naan or Paratha.
