Spicy Mango Chicken Curry
- Preparation Time: 20 minutes
- Cook Time: 30 minutes
- Ingredients:
- 500g chicken pieces
- 1 jar Poonjiaji's Butter Chicken Gravy
- 2 tbsp Poonjiaji's Spicy Mango Pickle Chutney
- 1 tbsp oil
- Fresh coriander for garnish
- Steamed rice for serving
- Steps:
- In a pan, heat oil and add the chicken pieces. Fry until they are lightly browned.
- Add the Butter Chicken Gravy and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
- Stir in the Spicy Mango Pickle Chutney and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
- Can also be served with Naan or Paratha.
