Pickle Rice Bowl


  • Cooked rice (white or brown)
  • Pickle Paste
  • Sautéed vegetables (such as bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
  • Cooked protein (tofu, chicken, shrimp, or chickpeas for a vegetarian option)
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish


  1. In a bowl, mix the cooked rice with POONJIAJI’S Spicy Mango Pickle Paste until well combined.
  2. In a separate pan, sauté the vegetables until tender.
  3. Add the cooked protein of your choice to the pan and cook until heated through.
