Pickle Rice Bowl
- Cooked rice (white or brown)
- Pickle Paste
- Sautéed vegetables (such as bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- Cooked protein (tofu, chicken, shrimp, or chickpeas for a vegetarian option)
- Chopped cilantro for garnish
- In a bowl, mix the cooked rice with POONJIAJI’S Spicy Mango Pickle Paste until well combined.
- In a separate pan, sauté the vegetables until tender.
- Add the cooked protein of your choice to the pan and cook until heated through.
