Pickle Slaw
Ingredients:
- Shredded cabbage and carrots
- Spicy Mango / Limi Chili Pickle Paste
- Greek yogurt
- Lemon juice
- Chopped cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and carrots.
- In a separate small bowl, mix POONJIAJI’S Pickle Paste, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, chopped cilantro, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the shredded vegetables and toss well to coat.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
