Pickle Slaw

Ingredients:

  • Shredded cabbage and carrots
  • Spicy Mango / Limi Chili Pickle Paste
  • Greek yogurt
  • Lemon juice
  • Chopped cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and carrots.
  2. In a separate small bowl, mix POONJIAJI’S Pickle Paste, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, chopped cilantro, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the shredded vegetables and toss well to coat.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve the Spicy Mango Pickle Slaw as a zesty and tangy side dish.
