Pickle Grilled Fish
INGREDIENTS
- Fish fillets (such as salmon, tilapia, or halibut)
- POONJIAJI'S Lime Chili Pickle Chutney
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
METHOD
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat.

- Rub the mixture over the fish fillets, ensuring they are evenly coated.
