Lime Chili Pickle Grilled Fish

Ingredients:

  • Fish fillets (such as salmon, tilapia, or halibut)
  • Lime Chili Pickle Chutney
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:         

  1. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix POONJIAJI’S Lime Chili Pickle Chutney, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the mixture over the fish fillets, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  4. Place the fish on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and flaky.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro.
  6. Serve the Lime Chili Pickle Grilled Fish as a spicy and tangy seafood delight.
