Achari Chicken Tikka

INGREDIENTS

  • Chicken breast or boneless chicken pieces, cut into cubes
  • POONJIAJI'S Achari Marinade Paste
  • Greek yogurt
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for grilling
  • Chopped onions and fresh coriander leaves for garnish

METHOD

  1. In a bowl, combine POONJIAJI’S Ready to cook Achari Marinade Paste, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and salt.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well. Let them marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
  5. Brush the grill with oil and place the chicken skewers on it.
  6. Grill the chicken for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and slightly charred.
  7. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped onions and fresh coriander leaves.
  9. Serve the Achari Chicken Tikka as a delicious appetizer or as a filling for wraps or rolls.
