Achari Chicken Tikka
INGREDIENTS
- Chicken breast or boneless chicken pieces, cut into cubes
- POONJIAJI'S Achari Marinade Paste
- Greek yogurt
- Lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Oil for grilling
- Chopped onions and fresh coriander leaves for garnish
METHOD
- In a bowl, combine POONJIAJI’S Ready to cook Achari Marinade Paste, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and salt.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well. Let them marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Brush the grill with oil and place the chicken skewers on it.
- Grill the chicken for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and slightly charred.
- Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with chopped onions and fresh coriander leaves.
- Serve the Achari Chicken Tikka as a delicious appetizer or as a filling for wraps or rolls.
