Achari Veggie Skewers

INGREDIENTS

  • Assorted vegetables (such as bell peppers, mushrooms, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes), cut into chunks
  • POONJIAJI'S Achari Marinade Paste
  • Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon wedges and fresh cilantro leaves for garnish

METHOD

  1. In a bowl, mix POONJIAJI’S Ready to cook Achari Marinade Paste with olive oil and salt.
  2. Add the vegetable chunks to the marinade, ensuring they are coated well. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  4. Skewer the marinated vegetables onto skewers, alternating between different vegetables.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are cooked and slightly charred.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with lemon wedges and fresh cilantro leaves.
Serve the Achari Veggie Skewers as an appetizer or as part of a main course
