Achari Paneer Masala
- Paneer (Indian cottage cheese), cut into cubes
- Achari Marinade Paste
- Onion, finely chopped
- Tomatoes, pureed
- Ginger-garlic paste
- Turmeric powder
- Red chili powder
- Cumin powder
- Garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Oil or ghee for cooking
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
- Heat oil or ghee in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute.
- Stir in POONJIAJI’S Ready to cook Achari Marinade Paste and cook for a couple of minutes.
- Add the tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
- Mix in the turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Stir well to combine.
- Add the paneer cubes to the masala and gently mix until the paneer is coated with the flavors.
- Cover the pan and let it simmer for a few minutes, allowing the paneer to absorb the flavors.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- Serve the Achari Paneer Masala hot with roti, naan, or rice.
