Pickled Grilled Chicken


  • Chicken breasts or thighs
  • Spicy Mango Pickle Paste
  • Lime Chili Pickle Paste
  • Greek yogurt
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for grilling
  • Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish


  1. In a bowl, combine POONJIAJI’S Spicy Mango Pickle Paste, Lime Chilli Pickle Paste, greek yogurt, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken to the marinade and coat it well. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  4. Brush the grill with oil and place the marinated chicken on it.
  5. Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side or until cooked through and nicely charred.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves.
  8. Serve the Pickle Paste Grilled Chicken as a flavorful and tangy main dish.
