Pickled Grilled Chicken
- Chicken breasts or thighs
- Spicy Mango Pickle Paste
- Lime Chili Pickle Paste
- Greek yogurt
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for grilling
- Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish
- In a bowl, combine POONJIAJI’S Spicy Mango Pickle Paste, Lime Chilli Pickle Paste, greek yogurt, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken to the marinade and coat it well. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Brush the grill with oil and place the marinated chicken on it.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side or until cooked through and nicely charred.
- Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves.
- Serve the Pickle Paste Grilled Chicken as a flavorful and tangy main dish.
