Tikka Marinated Salad


  • Mixed salad greens
  • Tikka Marinade Paste
  • Grilled chicken or paneer, sliced
  • Sliced cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and red onions
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh mint leaves for garnish


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine POONJIAJI’S Ready to cook Tikka Marinade Paste with grilled chicken or paneer slices. Toss to coat evenly.
  2. In a separate salad bowl, place mixed salad greens, sliced cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and red onions.
  3. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salad and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add the tikka marinated chicken or paneer on top of the salad.
  5. Garnish with chopped fresh mint leaves.
  6. Toss the salad gently to combine all the ingredients.
  7. Serve the Tikka Marinade Salad as a refreshing and flavorful meal option.
