Pickled Shrimp Skewers
INGREDIENTS
- Shrimp, peeled and de-veined
- POONJIAJI'S Lime Chili Pickle Paste
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes prior to use)
METHOD
- In a bowl, mix POONJIAJI’S Lime Chili Pickle Paste, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Thread the shrimp onto skewers and brush them generously with the pickle paste mixture.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Place the shrimp skewers on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and are cooked through.
- Remove from heat and serve the Pickled Shrimp Skewers as a spicy and tangy appetizer or main dish.
