Pickled Shrimp Skewers

INGREDIENTS

  • Shrimp, peeled and de-veined
  • POONJIAJI'S Lime Chili Pickle Paste
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes prior to use)

METHOD

  1. In a bowl, mix POONJIAJI’S Lime Chili Pickle Paste, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Thread the shrimp onto skewers and brush them generously with the pickle paste mixture.
  3. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  4. Place the shrimp skewers on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and are cooked through.
  5. Remove from heat and serve the Pickled Shrimp Skewers as a spicy and tangy appetizer or main dish.
