Paneer Tikka Makhani
Method:
- Marinate some paneer cubes in Poonjiaji’s Tikka Marinade. Let it marinate for at least a few hours for maximum flavor output.
- Grill or sauté the marinated paneer until slightly charred.
- Simmer Poonjiaji’s Paneer Makhani Gravy and add the paneer tikka in it.
- Garnish with fresh coriander, fresh cream and serve with naan/roti or rice.
