Paneer Makhani Stuffed Paratha
Method:
- Mix some paneer cubes with Poonjiaji’s Paneer Makhani Gravy
- Roll out paratha dough and stuff it with the mixture of paneer and gravy. Close it from all the sides carefully. Press it lightly and roll it out some more.
- Cook the paratha on a griddle until golden and cooked through.
- Serve with yogurt or pickle.
