Spicy Teekhi Chutney Potato Wedges

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • POONJIAJI'S Teekhi Chutney
  • Fresh cilantro leaves, chopped (for garnish)

METHOD

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into wedges.
  3. In a bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, and salt until well-coated.
  4. Arrange the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the wedges are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove the potato wedges from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  7. Transfer the potato wedges to a serving platter and drizzle POONJIAJI’S Teekhi Chutney over them according to your desired spice level.
  8. Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro leaves.
