Spicy Teekhi Chutney Potato Wedges
- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- POONJIAJI'S Teekhi Chutney
- Fresh cilantro leaves, chopped (for garnish)
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into wedges.
- In a bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, and salt until well-coated.
- Arrange the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the wedges are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the potato wedges from the oven and let them cool slightly.
- Transfer the potato wedges to a serving platter and drizzle POONJIAJI’S Teekhi Chutney over them according to your desired spice level.
- Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro leaves.
