Teekhi Chutney Veggie Stir-Fry

INGREDIENTS

  • Assorted vegetables (such as bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, zucchini)
  • Oil
  • Garlic, minced
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • POONJIAJI'S Teekhi Chutney

METHOD

  1. Heat oil in a pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and stir-fry for a minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the vegetables and cook, stirring constantly, until they are tender yet crisp.
  4. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
  5. Remove from heat and drizzle POONJIAJI’S Teekhi Chutney over the stir-fried vegetables.
  6. Toss to coat evenly and serve hot.
