Tikka Quesadillas


  • Flour tortillas
  • Tikka Marinade Paste
  • Shredded cheese (such as cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Chopped onions and bell peppers
  • Cooked chicken or paneer, shredded
  • Sour cream and salsa for serving


  1. Spread a thin layer of POONJIAJI’S Ready to cook Tikka Marinade Paste on a flour tortilla.
  2. Sprinkle shredded cheese, chopped onions, bell peppers, and cooked chicken or paneer on one-half of the tortilla.
  3. Fold the tortilla in half, pressing gently to seal the edges.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat.
  5. Place the folded tortilla in the pan and cook for a few minutes on each side until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is crispy and golden.
  6. Remove from the pan and let it cool slightly.
  7. Cut the quesadilla into wedges and serve with sour cream and salsa as a tasty and flavorful snack or light meal.
