- Flour tortillas

- Chopped onions and bell peppers
- Cooked chicken or paneer, shredded

- Spread a thin layer of POONJIAJI’S Ready to cook Tikka Marinade on a flour tortilla.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese, chopped onions, bell peppers, and cooked chicken or paneer on one-half of the tortilla.
- Fold the tortilla in half, pressing gently to seal the edges.
- Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat.
- Place the folded tortilla in the pan and cook for a few minutes on each side until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is crispy and golden.
- Remove from the pan and let it cool slightly.
- Cut the quesadilla into wedges and serve with sour cream and salsa as a tasty and flavorful snack or light meal.
